You could burn between 350 to 900 calories per class, depending on how you exert yourself. Offered at the same rates, the centre organises one-hour sessions every Tuesday and Saturday. A far stretch For those of you who have not yet discovered the wonders and benefits of Pilates, it is primarily a core strengthening technique.
