Seawater therapies are an ideal way to do this. The water is taken from deep in the sea, filtered and then heated to precisely 33 degrees Celsius, which is ideal for the relaxation of muscles, stimulation of the blood-flow and the absorption of active ingredients. It is then precisely manipulated by the Sofitel’s expert staff to give your skin the ultimate benefits of its minerals and traces. In total there are 14 treatment rooms available, six of which are dry treatments and eight wet treatments. Both men and women can enjoy the options with the lower floor dedicated solely to women and the upper floor a haven for men. You can choose to indulge in a broad range of options including massages, saunas, steam rooms, a freshwater pool and a seawater hydrotherapy pool — there is even a hair salon for both gender’s to use.
