Gold Sponsors are Bahrain Marina Development Company and First Bahrain Real Estate and Silver Sponsors are Khaleeji Commercial Bank and Fontana Real Estate. “Gulf Property Show 2017 is Bahrain’s premium real estate event,” says Jubran Abdulrahman, managing director of HCE. “This year we have surpassed expectations and continued our year-on-year growth, making this the largest show to date. “To assist visitors and guide them through the maze of developers, we have partnered with EXCPY, an app that connects digital content to physical spaces and indexes brands, locations and events at a citywide level.” Gulf Property Show 2017 will feature Bahrain’s iconic new ‘city’ development by Diyar Al Muharraq. The company’s master plan will be showcased in its entirety, focusing on its landmark projects, which include Al Bareh, Al For the first time in public, Bahrain Marina Development will present its mixed-use project along Manama’s marina coastline, which is pegged as a prime new tourism destination. Meanwhile, First Bahrain Real Estate Development will present the El Mercado Residential Development, as the potential first choice for residential investors, and Fontana Real Estate will be promoting its residential luxury lifestyle accommodation in Juffair. Khaleeji Commercial Bank will lead a number of financial institutions at the show, with special offers on personal and home financing packages for real estate buyers. Other major developments to be unveiled include Water Garden City, Hanging Gardens of Dilmunia and Canal View. The list of developers from Bahrain includes Bin Faqeeh, Ahmed Al Qaed Group, Al Maawdah Group, Grnata Group, Naseej, Jaffria Waqf Directorate and GFH Real Estate. Supporting organisations include the Kingdom’s regulatory real estate authority Survey and Land Bureau and the Bahrain Property Developers’ Association. The real estate projects available to investors include leading ones from the UAE, Turkey, the UK, the US and Bosnia.
