Could you share the founding story of your salon and the inspiration behind creating it? My partner and I envisioned a boutique spa dedicated to post-surgery care, slimming and lymphatic drainage massages. From the beginning, our goal was to support women through common concerns such as fluid retention, swelling, cellulite and skin laxity, delivered by a certified and experienced team aligned with the high professional standards common across Latin America. In Latin American culture, lymphatic and slimming massages are a core part of beauty and self-care routines. As Venezuelans, Yuleidy and I believe that caring for the body is not about perfection, but about confidence, comfort and long-term wellbeing. That belief shaped our specialised techniques, which focus on holistic beauty and recovery as much as visible results. Although we have only been open for a year, our goals have evolved as we listened closely to our clients. What accomplishments from the past year are you most proud of? We are most proud of the positive role we have played in the recovery journeys of hundreds of women through our postoperative care services. Seeing confidence return as swelling reduces and healing progresses has been incredibly rewarding. A consistently full appointment calendar over the past year reflects the trust our clients place in us and motivates us to continue refining our protocols. These milestones encourage us to grow with care, while preserving the personal attention that defines Yule. Which services have been the most popular this year? Lymphatic drainage and post-surgery massages remain our most requested services, highlighting the growing demand for certified professionals in this specialised field. Within the hair salon, clients gravitate towards straightening, hydration and repair treatments, as well as personalised colouring services. To mark our anniversary, we are introducing a Detox Massage that brings together dry brushing, exfoliation, steam therapy, lymphatic massage, metal therapy and red-light therapy.
