Think Classic Lasagna, for those who crave the evergreen meat-cheese combo, or for a more fiery twist on the palate, the Pepper Trio Steak. Although an Italian eatery, the team behind the scenes at Cavalli Caffè has masterfully interspersed the seasonal menu with local elements, like the Brisket Shawarma – mildly seasoned and drizzled with coriander pesto tahini, all wrapped up in saj bread to make a pleasing parcel. The continental Chicken Diavola gives a nod to the native with its tender meat rubbed with quintessentially Bahraini spices. Seafood lovers can revel in the flavours of the ocean with Pan Seared Salmon served over lime risotto, accompanied with garlic sauce or the Cajun Shrimp Linguine, which is crustaceans tossed in hearty pasta with a decadent cream sauce.
