Letter Last month you ran a feature on health and wellbeing and I loved the pages on the different things everyone needs to feel good and energetic. As someone who has struggled with food habits over the years it was great to read Muneera Obaidli’s article on how to control your food more by not restricting everything you eat. I have strong emotional connections to food and go through periods of binge eating and starving myself. Knowing that there are healthy, non-addictive equivalent foods to make and find, I really hope I’ll be able to sustain a healthier regime and not be so critical all the time. Yasmine The #WTMQuote which was most liked on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram The Bahrain Hotel & Restaurant Guide’s new Logo was a hit amongst our fans on Twitter & Facebook. Fans on Facebook, Instagram & Twitter were asked to vote their favourite Woman This Month cover in 2014 along with a reason why – and true to our word we said they would get featured in the magazine. The MAY issue of Woman This Month was chosen as the best cover of 2014 by most of the participants. I’m so grateful that you answered my question in your beauty advice page last month. It helped a lot and has made me more confident about choosing the right hairstyle for my face shape. Thank you! Jen I have always looked for more ideas for my walls at home. My house has large bare walls and since moving in, I have struggled to give the rooms more character. I especially liked the plate idea in the dining room – so unique and original. Maggie Teresita Casimiro was the winner of our 'Vote for the Best 2014 WTM Cover' contest. Teresita voted for May and felt the cover was pretty, simple and smart.
