Held at Seef Mall, passersby were granted access to some of the brand’s most popular models. The display was unveiled to customers looking to purchase the MINI Clubman as well as the MINI 3-Door and MINI Convertible. Visitors were invited to an all-encapsulating space inspired by the distinctiveness of each of the models, where visitors were able to discover their MINI personality through five different sections; MINI District, MINI Connected, MINI Art; MINI Beach and MINI Customise. Paul Yates, general manager of Euro Motors, says: “MINI City is a unique and creative display that we have brought to Bahrain, giving visitors to the mall an insight into the world of MINI, in a fun and interactive way. It also gave car enthusiasts the opportunity to take a closer look at some of the latest models from the brand that we offer here in the Kingdom. We will continue to bring such creative concepts to the country in the aim to enhance the reach and appeal of the MINI brand.” On a stand was the MINI flagship model the Clubman. With increased length and width on its predecessor, it provides plenty of space to meet the demands of youthful, urban mobility. Viewed from behind, this model comes across as broad and athletic, and the typical split rear doors make the MINI Clubman a six-door model. The three- and fourcylinder petrol engines available range from 102bhp through to 192bhp and, for the first time in a MINI, the Clubman is available with an optional eight-speed Steptronic transmission. The recentley launched MINI Convertible was also present, with a wide range of exclusive equipment features for open-air pleasure. Its fully automatic soft top is purely electrically powered and is also available as a MINI Yours roof complete with unique integrated Union Jack graphics. It comes in two engine variants of TwinPower Turbo Technology where there is a three-cylinder petrol engine with 136bhp for the MINI Cooper Convertible and a four-cylinder petrol engine with 192bhp for the MINI Cooper S Convertible.
