It was to play Jasmine in the Disney movie Aladdin. I really enjoyed the audition process but the role had already been taken by someone else. I’m sure I will have other opportunities to come. Do you still live in Bahrain, or manage to get back often? I still live in Bahrain. You recently performed a very popular free concert on the island. How did it feel to be on stage in front of a home crowd? I loved it because it’s my home and I love my fans. It’s a beautiful feeling entertaining on home ground. When will your Bahrain fans get another chance to see you? My Bahrain fans see me every day on the streets, in the malls and on social media. I always stay connected to them one way or another.
