The Woman This Month team gave it a try; here are our favourites. BABY SPINACH DRY MISO SALAD On the menu, the description of this dish requires two full lines — and for good reason. If for some reason we turn into vegetarians, you can assume that every meal we have comes out of Meisei’s kitchen. Choosing to try a dish by chef Michael Sang Kyu Lee is choosing to learn more about foods across the globe; this salad is no doubt one of the best you’ll ever try. Take our word for it. In this salad, baby spinach gets a drizzle of truffle oil. Toss it to get a perfect bite with Parmesan cheese and dried miso flakes, which are dehydrated at the restaurant. The Japanese lemon, yuzu, plays a central role in the dish as he uses the dehydrated rind and a lemon skin dressing to complete the dish.
