And it doesn’t get more ‘single gal central’ than New York. Think Carrie Bradshaw. (If the name doesn’t ring a bell, we have a problem!) She and her single friends have painted a glorious picture of an urban jungle, where possibilities are endless, style and fashion are paramount, and great shoes are indispensable. Let’s not forget the idea of Mr Big that reduces all Mills and Boon heroes to mere wannabes. You’ll have a lot to do — from shopping together and watching Broadway musicals to visiting restaurants and clubs that could only exist in The Big Apple and spending time in Central Park.
